This past Sunday was the first attempt my friend Tonya and I have made at putting together a craft/art event. It was held at my parent's B&B
The Inn at Ragged Edge in Chambersburg, PA. We weren't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a great day and all of the vendors seemed to feel it was a success. We kept it pretty small for the first time around, but we're hoping to make it bigger and better for next year!
Here are just a few of the vendors we had...This was my table: My friend Tonya makes these adorable pillows along with other home decor items, handbags, and other accessories:
I loved the beautiful colors of these scarves and they were SO soft:
My sister Rita's artwork and greeting cards:
We also had freshly bakes gourmet treats like these cranberry scones, and the barista was kept busy making pumpkin spice lattes:
I wish I could show you everything, but if you're in the area, hopefully you will stop in next year!
Today's outfit is in honor of the upcoming celebration of our freedom. I'm going to be hanging out with the family for summer party fun. What are your plans?
Yesterday I had a couple of friends over for afternoon tea. It's not a normal thing for us since we're usually pretty busy during the week, but it was a nice change of pace.
This morning I'm working on polishing up some pieces that I oxidized yesterday. Once I get these finished up I plan to get started on some new designs, yay!
Just when I thought I couldn't take anymore cold weather, mother nature decided to dump 397 feet of snow on us. I thought I may as well take some picture while it's here...

It was hard to get a picture of myself, but it was up to my knees!

I actually shoveled the front walkway, just to be sure that any packages I'm expecting will get delivered :-)
